I regularly complete recordings of interviews, meetings, and focus groups, I work with firms of all sizes, from small single-person businesses, to companies in the global top ten for number of employees. I am hired by legal, HR, academic researchers, television companies, etc.
Confidentiality is paramount. I do not use any third parties (either in the UK or abroad) to transcribe the files. All work is completed by myself, ensuring information is kept confidential. Before returning files to you, they are locked and passworded (sending the unique, one time only password via separate email). Once the contract is complete, I then delete all files related to your work from my computer.
HOW MUCH DO I CHARGE? My rate is between £1.00 and £1.50 per recorded minute (no VAT to be added), depending on a range of factors, including number of participants, any strong accents, use of technical/medical terms or jargon, recording quality, deadline, etc. I always provide a personalised quote before starting any work.
